VRA is a statewide association committed to supporting recycling, diverting materials away from disposal, and educating industry professionals and the public about the environmental, social and economic benefits of recycling. VRA is made up of over 220 members, including municipalities, universities, processors, haulers, equipment suppliers, material markets and trade groups, private citizens, and consultants.
VRA is the only organization solely focused on recycling and waste diversion in Virginia. This provides our sponsors with a unique opportunity to network with and promote their organization to a targeted group of industry professionals. As a VRA sponsor, you demonstrate your commitment to recycling while enjoying a generous marketing package to meet your goals.

New this year, sponsors can participate in “musical chairs marketing” during lunch on Tuesday. Sponsors will rotate through the tables at lunch, spending a few minutes at each table to talk about their products/services with conference attendees. This will be the featured lunchtime activity; there will be no lunchtime speaker. All breaks and the Tuesday night reception will be held in the exhibit hall, providing access to conference attendees.
To become a sponsor or exhibitor:
- Register online and pay via credit card, or
- Download and complete a paper registration form and mail it with a check to VRA.
After registering, you’ll be asked to email VRA your corporate logo and a brief (60 words or lesss) description of your company for use in the conference program and promotions. You’re also encouraged to contribute an item for the raffle to be held during the reception on Tuesday evening.
